What is the best thread for sewing flannel blankets?
I am making a flannel baby blanket and am not sure what sewing thread I should use. I know of the polyester, but know nothing else about thread. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you can’t find any thread to match what your going to sew get some invisible thread and therefore it will match anything your making. Don’t pull too much thread to work with at one time.

Who can possibly resist the softness of flannel and the human-touch of handmade stitching? Our CGOA Chapter has, in the past, created many baby blankets for our hospital’s preemie ward, and for our local battered women’s shelter too. If you’re looking to give one/some away, these would be two great places to consider. Of course, there are more organizations, such as Project Linus, or trauma centers for children, etc. — so yes, besides a great gift for yourself, giving them to others in need is also wonderful.

Where can I find new Acrylic Baby Blankets with the Satin Trim on it?
Im trying to find a website or a store that sells them, and I havent found one yet. I’m going to get them for my little cousins for christmas because they love theirs but have destroyed them! Lol. Please and thank you guys!
